“ Lancer's is legendary. We've seen its bartenders and patrons come and go for 18 years but Lancer's remains. Owner Cindy is a gem, smart and sweet (unless she has to kick your ass). But the single best thing about Lancer's, hands down no contest, is Fatima at the bar. Total pro sweetheart beauty, works her ass off, has a devoted following, knows her job, keeps a neat, friendly, efficient bar. Unfortunately, as we all know and as evidenced in one of these reviews, attractive women attract haters; ask my wife. But Fatima takes it in stride, flashing that easy and lovely smile and rolling on with exceptional and professional bartending service (kills at karaoke too). So yeah, Lancer's is a stalwart standby--great drinks, chill atmosphere, nice people, tasty food, karaoke Fri and Sat, flat pool table. But without Fatima, the best bartender in Fresno, we'd be there a lot less. ”
